Child Policy
- Kids below 15 years of age are not allowed to use the hotel swimming pool.
- In the event of a reservation involving children under the age of 8, it would be appreciated if the parents could kindly share a bed with their little ones.
- Kids above 8 years are considered as an adult.
- All the package rates are subjected to 10 % service charge and 5% government tax.
Payment Policy
- 50% of the total Invoice value on confirmation (Booking will be considered as confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Balance 50% to be paid 15 days prior to date of arrival.
- Full payment upfront for bookings confirmed 40 days or less prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 Days prior to arrival date no refund allowed or alternate date will be given on availability.
- 30 Days prior to arrival date 50% refund.
